Mansfield is also the birthplace of Honey Dew Donuts, a regional New England chain of donut shops. The first Honey Dew was opened at 221 North Main Street on June 6, 1973.
Benjamin E. Bates, an industrialist and philanthropist, who was the founder of Bates College, was born in Mansfield in 1808. Stove and furnace manufacturer and innovator Gordon Chilson (1804–1877) worked here.

Reliable Snow And Ice Management
Our crew moves swiftly to move snow as soon as the storm strikes. This proactive approach not only lets us clear more surface area but also lowers the odds of residents and pedestrians suffering an injury. During the plowing process, our team moves snow to a location that minimizes obstructions.
Periodic law mowing is an essential part of proper yard care. First, it serves an aesthetic function that enhances the appearance of your landscaping and home. A short, neat, and even grass line can be a point of pride for homeowners.
Lawn mowing is also vital for the long-term health of your lawn. A regular visit from lawnmowers mitigates opportunities for unwelcome pests, such as grubs and termites, while it clears debris that may otherwise compact the grass. Additionally, uniformly cut grass ensures each blade has an equal chance to gain sunlight, water, and nutrients.
